How should this XG output be interpreted?

My point is not that I am now going to work on improving my luck.

I just wondered how these numbers were calculated, i.e. what the relationship is between luck, outplay in terms of mwc cost and how big a favorite XG finds me to be.

The luck based favorite number seems to be the one behind XG's information about how many matches i "should have won". So what I also want to find out is whether or not that number is reliable.
