Your interpretation of the output is basically correct, you just have to keep in mind that both of the numbers are measurements and will thus be contaminated by measurement errors. That's why they never add up exactly. The luck measurements are typically more inaccurate because of statistical noise, but they are free of systematic error, making them a good choice for the analysis of larger sets of matches, e.g. the "should have won" analysis in the player profile.
