There are a few awkward numbers for white here like {63,65,54,43,41} and some stripping numbers like {64,42,61}.

And what about the bear-off structure after: {D5,D4,D3,D2,62,53,51,31}.

Especially those 10/36 awkward numbers are important for our decision.

We would like to add a builder, but not slot the 4-point.

8/5 11/9 gives a total of 5 builders for the 4-point at the cost of only 4/36 returns.
