Before anyone goes into an ad hominem (or, in the case of Grid support, ad feminam?) attack, spare a thought for the awful weather going on right now. Some lines may be down, or there may be a power outage where the server is, or where support is.

FTR I can't get on the Grid either, and I do also recommend Safe Harbor or FIBS for anyone who is getting DTs.
