I stick with 16/11.

Another problem with 10/7 is that it leaves {16,25,26} = 6/36 returns in a lot of variations.

While 16/11 only leaves 2/36 returns.

Since a lot of variations seem close, this argument might help some people over to playing 16/11.

Answer: 16/11
