The Dillies have 10 shot-leaving numbers, so 3 times in 36 we will hit in the next exchange. Is that worth making the bar point now? I am not sure.

As an aside, let me ask a question. Am I the only one who sees this as a replay of the game the Dillies faced in the first match? You know, the one where Keene tried repeatedly to warn his mates about their impending gammon loss. We could have Bob Koca play the part of Keene.

Anyway, I am going to cross over rather than make the bar point. If we hit, the Dillies have 16 dancing numbers and only 4 rolls that jump out to the bar point. I think we should take the chance that we will be able contain them without our bar point.

O (Outer) = 14/11, 7/6

Mike
