I would play 8-5, 3-2 or 6-2. 6-2 forces your opponent to hit you with all 2's except 2-1, which he will likely hit you with. 8-5, 3-2 keeps a slightly better board but pays off to the joker 4-4, which is much more threatening than 2-2 is with the other play.
