Aside from the entirely subjective nature of the question, the really critical piece of information that is required in order to answer is: What percentage of matches does player A win, and what percentage does player B win - using their own methods (whether its pr play or weakness adaptive).

PS: With that information, someone should be able to stab at it reasonably.

PPS: Player B's strategy is debatable, and player A will have a natural advantage by playing as best they can. So taking Player A's natural 50/50 split, you can add percentage points every time B plays worse than A.

Also, Player A needs to play against better opponents.
