Most of the time (so generic lol), its not correct to cube from the bar. I get dinged a whole lot for doing these in the eternal chase to correctly cube.

For the sake of PR, it is better to cube slightly early than slightly late, for maximizing equity gains, i.e. in a money session, chouette etc, it is better to cube slightly later than earlier, as you may get a share of incorrect drops and so on.

For this position, I think this may be a technical ND / T, however, in practice, I am more likely to cube this and see what happens. It will succeed very well when it works, so I see some good upside here.

I'll go with D/T for this. I think the take is probably clear - there are many ways for white to recover, so thats pretty clear to me.
