Not reminding your opponent to press the clock

Tell him to hit the clock. Just as a general principle, and in this case because you are playing Magriel. Given what he has done for our understanding of BG, would you want to win because he forgets to hit the clock?

Maybe this could be incorporated into the legal moves concept - to warn your opponent when he forgets to hit the clock.
