Not reminding your opponent to press the clock

On these type of questions, reasonable and fair-minded people can come up with different answers and principles. For me, the question whether you (=I) would want to win that way is meaningful. I don't want to win because of a mechanical oversight that does not affect the core of the game. Winning through a play oversight is fine.
From the above, I am happy to win on the clock if someone plays too slow (with the exception of people with a handicap that affects their ability to move quickly), and I am happy to win because someone misses the right play with a joker. I don't want to win because someone forgets to hit the clock, puts his own checker on the bar instead of taking it off, etc.
