Ace to Play in an Ending Position

I had this position in a practice match. I see the pros and cons in each alternative play but am not sure that I know what are the key variables and am letting too much noise get in my way (i.e. secondary variables which have marginal effect). In other words, I am not sure that I understand this position well enough even tough it should be technical and straightforward. Your help is appreciated.
