Phil...it will be fun for the tourneys that have no auction. I have run a small $ one for our NOVA annual tourney for several years after a post you made about one you ran previously.

I think you will get more participation if you keep the running totals public so that players can see the current odds for each player. No-one wants to see zero bets for themselves and the bigger money participants will not want to see any players odds be significantly out of range from expectations. Players such as Mochy, Neil and Ray will be over bought even with a public count. But they may be ridiculously overbought with a private count. Our NOVA experience is that the better players are way over bought.

Plus you Phil will be able to participate since it will be above board and public. In fact, you should make your bets first before anyone else.

You better bring some singles and change.....because your payouts will never get divided to the even dollar.....
