Blue is way behind in the race with an advanced anchor while white has a buried position. That says "mix it up" to me. That means hitting something while leaving the anchor intact.

Either hit will be loose, and hitting on the five is much better then hitting on the three so 9/5* seems mandatory.

Then it's a question of 13/7 or 16/10. The former unstacks but the latter leves no additional blots. I'll go with 16/10.
