This is as much a guessing game about how much each player will be bet on as it is about rating each player's chance to win and the equity decision for most just like the actual tournament would be to not participate. If you want to do so for fun realize that bets beyond the first one on a particular player are less effective. For example suppose there were two bets already on player A. Your first bet gets you 1/3 of the prize pool if that player wins. If you bet on that player twice instead you would get 1/2 of a prize pool which is 25 more. Doubling the investment does not double the payout.
