What happens if the Kickstarter does not reach $2500?

The more interesting question is what happens when the kickstarter campaign is successful and the target amount is raised. The unfortunate answer is you never know. Quite a few products never get produced and delivered and people have very hard time getting their money back.

P.S. I'm not trying to imply the same thing is going to happen with this particular project.
