Wasn't our previous play worth a vote?

I suppose it might have been, but I would have made the play Jason did. The advantage gained by playing something like 3/1, which gives you a good ace, is matched by the ace you can play after 9/7. On other sequences, the increased chance to bring two checkers home would have motivated me to play 9/7.
