As someone else mentioned, you could try to start the arf player first, and then open the video file from within the arf player.

  • Open the arf player. It is called Network Recording Player
  • Verify you have the correct version by clicking Help, and About Network Recording Player. Should be version 29.11.1.4847
  • Click File -> Open
  • Locate the Stick video.

    If this doesn't help then I am out of ideas.
