To be completely honest the issue of Bill using all caps seems trivial to this flamebait: "Rew, helping Mr. Patterson with any computer issues is futile. "

I can tell you this, I have given Bill a fair amount of off-BGO assistance with his computer issues and I'll make it clear - it is not in any way futile. Bill may not be tech savvy (a lot of people I know aren't) but it is in no way a reason for not helping them. Bill may not be the best Backgammon player on BGO but he is willing to volunteer his time to help the game. Bill's contributions don't go unnoticed by myself, and because he actually tries to make a difference I am willing to help him in return.
