Assign a value V to each player with a higher value representing better playing strength and estimate as win probability a player's value divided by sum of values.

A = 3, B = 2 gives A beats B 3/5.

B = 2 and C = 4/3 gives B beats C 2/(10/3) = 3/5

This gives A beats C 3/(13/3) = 9/13.

I would call A being 60% and B thus having 40% a 20% edge but you seem to be calling it a 10% edge. Using your definition of edge note that A beating B 75% and B beating C 75% predicts that it is impossible for C to ever beat A.
