You think as a Body we can insist on someone participating. We are based on democratic rather than dictatorial principles. If a player who would have gained the level of Grandmaster choses not to participate now but choses to do so later, they would be required to use the data from the Mochy PR 4.0 Club. So, there is no cherry picking that I can see.

It would be helpful if you made your comments less ambiguous, even at the cost of taking away your seemingly obvious enjoyment in setting traps for the unwary. Backgammon is enough of a game to me.
