8th member of PR4.0 club

As Rick mentioned, I wouldn't accept new challengers for PR4.0 club. They should go to BMAB to register their match to obtain titles such as G3 = PR4.0 club. BMAB should be the better body for measuring one's skill because it is established widely with lots of people help, not just one man's effort. It also has more degree and titles which one can try for it. PR degree starts as low as PR16.0 to as high as 2.0.

Current challengers could continue their try for PR4.0, but they can also stop it to submit their match to BMAB, or they can do both at the same time.
