I guess the plan is to build the board as quickly as possible while controlling the outfield.

I just play the simple 23/13 which is good for both. I prefer to keep the spare on the 24 so I keep the rearmost point in case I get an opportunity to hit from that point.

I don't think this is something I would spend any bank time on.
