13/7(2) hopefully that bit is obvious

Now you have a substantial racing lead you need to get that back moving otherwise you run the risk of getting primed so 24/18.
After which 8/2 is better than 9/3 because you want to avoid diversifying white's good numbers.

Counting the hits and double hits after each of the plays should make it clear.
