Thanks, Petter, for your help, but it does not work for me. I was unable to successfully download either Firefox or Google Chrome Browser. In both cases, when I attempted to download the browser, it told me to wait and then it went into a loop and never came out. A few months ago, I also tried to download Google Chrome Browser on my old computer but I was unable to successfully do it.
