Streaming Matches - Optional?

In Response To: Streaming Matches - Optional? (christian munk-christensen)

I think it would be good to have a standard tournament condition like "streaming at TD's discretion". Then players would not have a ground to object. But without that, I think players can object if they feel it would distract them more than their opponent or for any other reason.
