In Response To: Backgammon more of a "game of skill" now than in the past? (Timothy Chow)

Can one actually to to a casino and play backgammon for money like you can with poker? If so, I'm unaware of any, but it seemed to happen in the movies from the 70s.

Anyway, I don't know anyone who plays the game for money, other than folks I've met online in forums like this. Maybe I need to get out more often.
