In Response To: Ok -*What* are you listening to? (Albert Steg)

Unlike *somebody* I know who has the most eclectic iTunes I have ever seen,
I have a very limited range of music on my MP3 player.
It consists of a lot of Yes, Queen, Beatles, Steve Hackett, Genesis (pre 80s pop horror),
Peter Gabriel, The Who, Led Zep, Pink Floyd, Todd Rundgren, Utopia, ELO, George Harrison, Kate Bush, Radiohead,
and a smattering of Antonio Carlos Jobim, Glenn Miller, Benny Goodman and one John Pizzarelli album (John Pizzarelli Meets the Beatles.)
Also, Bruce Springsteen (ay, Im from Joisy), Joe Walsh, James Gang, Velvet Underground.
I have somewhat recently included David Bowie and Bob Dylan to the mix.
I love discovering old stuff and having it feel very new to me,
which is what the Bob Dylan and David Bowie additions have been
when I started listening to them and appreciating them a lot more a few years ago.

My "Random Play All" usually plays many Steve Hackett songs in a row, then some Kate Bush, Beatles, more Steve Hackett,
maybe digging deep for some Procol Harum, throw in a Beatles or 2, Bob Dylan,
and if I am lucky, something rare that I haven't heard from my MP3 player in ages, like Gentle Giant as an example.

The eclectic one's "Random Play All" can go for days, weeks and/ or months without ever playing the same song twice.
It is an amazing thing.
