This seems to be all about timing. If white remains on the bar, blue could be in trouble. But if white enters she'll be crunching soon. It doesn't look like blue is in much danger of getting stuck behind the four prime, and it doesn't look like the four prime will grow.

market losers? Spring a runner/dance seems to do it. 13 rolls spring and slightly over half dance so call that 7 market losers. 22 is another to make 8. That's one shy of the requisite nine (only 55 and 44 seem really bad) , but I'm not sure if white has a take here. I don't think it's TG.

As blue I'd ship it and make it white's problem. Not so sure about the take, but I think I'd take it due to the race lead and blue's four backward checkers.
