White's takepoint in a medium-long race AtS is 19%. Here the race is fairly short, so it's about 20-21%. My EPC guesstimate says white is just short of taking, mainly for that ugly stack on the 4pt. Move one white checker from the 6pt to the 5pt to improve white's position by one effective pip and I'm taking.
