in your case 3 PR advantage will translate to 0.198 ppg.

This assumption is true only when cube is centered. If my opponent owns the cube, he will make much lesser cube mistakes. For example, he will not be cubed (unless he cubed and I recubed back) so he has less chance to make drop the take nor take the pass.

By the way, I just finished GNU 0ply rollout and he reported that giving up the cube worth 0.142.
