These players will act as BMAB officials where they can act as witnesses where necessary, minimising involvement of the Tournament Director and his staff.

What minimized involvement of the Tournament Director and staff do you anticipate to be necessary, above and beyond their normal duties BMAB notwithstanding, and has this involvement been agreed upon by the director and staff in San Antonio?
