I posted an alternative ranking at http://kenlarsennc.com/bgUSratingAlternative.htm It penalizes people more if they've attended fewer than 10 "weighted events". Check it out and let me know your thoughts. I believe it gives a fairer ranking. A player can no longer attend and win a big event and stay fixed near the top of the ranking for a protracted length of time.
