Cheating on Mochy's Proficiency Test

Some shady character thought he would pull a fast one. He took Mochy's quiz in San Antonio but didn't tell anyone he had taken the quiz already in Chicago (he "claims" he forgot.)

The kicker is....he did worse the second time!

What a dufus!!!
