Further proof that betting hurts the game

As much as I like the guy and hate to report this publicly, I need to be fair to all those who argue against gambling and betting at tournaments. I used to disagree, saying that it added an element of fun and that it doesn't really affect the game, but now I see I am wrong.

Matt Cohen-Geier made a bet that a Giant would NOT win the San Antonio tournament and then proceeded to lose his first match.

I watched some of that match, and he hardly made a play I agreed with. I can only conclude he was throwing the match for the bet.
