In Response To: Worst Superbowl Call - OT (Mike Clapsadle)

Well, that raises the separate issue of whether you want to give the ball back to the Patriots with 1 minute on the clock, which is the risk you take if you maximize the time remaining.

Without knowing the result, if you told me the game plan was to run the clock under 30 seconds and then have the opportunity for a pass plus two runs, I'd say that seemed like a reasonable plan.
