How to move file back to programs/start menu -ot

I just downloaded microsoft office 2007 on a computer with windows XP. It was listed on start menu under programs. I dragged it to desktop, I think-lol. Now, it's no longer listed under programs on menu.
Very simply, how do I get microsoft office listed,again,on all programs on start menu?
