If a live-stream viewer sees an impropriety should he call the tournament director?

Now that more and more matches are streamed, should there be rules covering what a viewer can do if he/she sees an impropriety? For example, I started to watch a San Antonio match between Malcolm and Akiko, but they were taking a break. Another viewer had posted that Malcolm left his clock running. If I had Bill Riles' phone number, I would have called him. But what if I see an incorrect starting position, or the wrong score being shown, or someone attempting to cheat? Should I call the director (directors would have to make a contact number available to viewers) and should directors accept calls from viewers who are not in the tournament room?
