If a live-stream viewer sees an impropriety should he call the tournament director?

Interesting idea, based on good intentions, but I think it has to be thought out carefully. Otherwise an already-busy director might get deluged with interrupts.
But let's not discount it out of hand...
1) ideally there would be an on-site moderator following the chat, e.g. this past weekend USBGF_Broadcast seemed to be actively monitoring the chat. Perhaps notification could be made that way and presumably that moderator has been delegated by the tournament director to decide on the proper action to take
2) If a director agreed beforehand to accept such a call or text, perhaps a viewer who noticed an impropriety could notify the chat stream that they are making such a call or text so that the director receives only one such interrupt.
I am the director of the next ABT event in two-and-a-half weeks ( yet another shameless plug) and Jason Lee will be in charge of the live-streaming and I will see him this Sunday so I'll run this idea by him (and he's likely to see this thread) so if not sooner one of us will get back to you with our thoughts on this early next week.
No promises, and ultimately it is Jason's decision as I have delegated 100% authority over the streaming to him, other than that we will not force matches to be streamed only because I was too lazy to post a streaming policy beforehand, but if, for example, somebody makes it to the finals of the Masters Jackpot or the Open ABT and one of the players doesn't want to be streamed, we will use every means necessary short of physical violence, such means may include cajolery, shaming, shunning, ostracizing, name-calling, emotional abuse, psychological manipulation, and flattery in order to provide a streamed match for our viewers.
Our next brochure will include a streaming policy.
