I agree with your general concern about permanent access being not-so-permanent. It's the reason I haven't purchased anything from BG TV, which AFAIK is not downloadable.

As to Art's math course, the video and PDFs are downloadable -- at least on my iPad.

Also, when purchasing on the iPad the price drops from $10.00 to $9.99 if that helps.
