Would you also not like feeling that your opponent's fumbling to find the 4 on a recube had contributed to your victory? If so, what is your proposed remedy to prevent this from occurring? If you have a practical remedy, could it be applicable as well to a centered cube on 64 or 1? If you do not have a practical remedy, could you accept that upon commencing a backgammon match, your ability to find any particular number on the cube is just one of a variety of skills which you will need to maximize to the best of your abilities in order to maximize your match winning chances?
