glad that worked

you need to analyze the position then once the moves are displayed with the analysis you can select the move(s) you want to roll out and then hit the icon with five green bars below that is the roll-out

You might want to have a look at the XG manual at http://extremegammon.com/extremegammon2.pdf

I downloaded it and printed it to sand went through it when I first got the program....
