The degree of passive aggressive and aggressive aggressive remarks in this thread are ridiculous. I am obviously way too naive about the level of insecurity among backgammon players to have properly gauged how this thread would go. I thought I was making a backgammon post, but other people have turned it into a bunch of asinine saber rattling and utterly ungrounded accusations.

I apologize to Neil for having started all of this. I sincerely wish I had not made the original post.
