DQ: Pay now or pay later?

Usually when "pay now' is correct it's because the consequences of being hit then are sufficiently stronger to outweigh the chance that you won't have to pay at all. If blue runs now, 27 numbers hit (if I counted right) but only four shots hit and cover. If blue waits, most likely he'll have to crack next roll, but white's position probably won't improve and may well deteriorate.

Since I don't see white's board improving, I'll pay later.
