"Relative to", or as I should better have written, "compared to" is a setting in XG (under Options->Settings->Analysis). It basically subtracts all the errors that XG 3-ply would have made facing the same decisions as you were in the game from the errors that you made. A PR of 0 compared to XG would mean that you performed as well as XG 3-ply according to the level of analysis that was actually used (in this case full rollouts based on 3-ply).
