Ignore MET beyond 25 pts. I didn't extrapolate them and also don't intend to.

Coincidently David Rockwell just asked me about Gammon Values when 4 away with a 2 cube and a huge lead. I did that extrapolation for RK Met from 16 thru 25 pts and ran it by David. After checking again I can state that we can trust my extrapolations.

A different method was used for XG past 25 pts, I think it was calculation. Xavier wanted to have something when releasing XG.
