If I had to bet on which was your play I would say 24/21 6/2*

Making the 5 point is very good not only because it is a very strong point but also be cause you have decent chances to create a 5pt prime next turn. It looks like a prime vs prime game to me and after having the 4 pt making the 5 is even more valuable. Although in prime vs prime with racing lead i generally prefer to split here splitting plays look quite risky. I see no other choice.
