I like this play. The 4 prime is certainly useful and the triple split is safe vs this structure which is more geared towards blocking than blitzing with only 8 in the zone. If the opp pops over your 4 prime there's often plenty of shots from the triple split and chances to make a better anchor than the crappy 23 pt.
