Two more directors (Keene and Barry) speak. Sorry I won't be able to make your event this time.

As you (but not everyone) knows, Michigan has a similar format, although with >80 in the open (I think they've only fallen below 80 once in the last 15-20 years) and three days for the marquee events, they pay 5 in the main and 4 in the consolation.

It will be interesting to hear how this works out for you, with one less day and the semifinalists in the main feeding (late) into the progressive consolation bracket. That sounds like it will take an extra round (compared to pay 4 in the main, for example). I do see the attraction of players with exactly 2 losses still playing for a large chunk of the prizepool compared to the typical LC. Hope all goes well for everyone (promoters/directors and players)!
