Bob, sometimes casinos are known to act nasty too and keep player's money claiming "professional play" or "bonus abuse" or who knows what else excuse not written in the terms. Obviously this switch the equation to the other pole which turns an advantage play to a black hole.

But this really cut both ways: the casino keeps my money but tarnish its name on many forums if it chooses to do so and the more people read my story, the less money those casinos will receive.

If they act correct respecting their own terms, I will also let people know and even continue to play considering they fight for a fair environment and maybe some of you will recover your trust in online backgammon for money too. But, it is not my call now. - I just wait the outcome.
